ALL HOMES MUST BE GUTTED AND LAWNS MUST BE CUT The City of New Orleans will begin to place liens on any property that has not met the guidelines of City Ordinance No. 22203 M.S.C. If a property has not been completely remediate (gutted, treated for mold, grass cut and entrances and windows secured), the City of New Orleans will begin to assess health and grass liens on the property
